At PanelDeals, we offer fast, reliable, and eco-friendly delivery across the UK for all our wall panels, flooring, insulation boards, and decorative products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order to understand the procedures related to delivery, inspection, cancellations, and returns.
- Delivery Window
Due to our work with multiple suppliers throughout the UK, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time slot. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. - Most orders placed before 10:00 AM on weekdays are dispatched within 1–3 working days and generally arrive within 2–4 working days, depending on stock availability.
- We strongly advise waiting until your goods have been received before scheduling any trade or installation services. PanelDeals will not be liable for any expenses related to delivery delays.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to inspect and accept the delivery upon arrival. Carefully check all items before signing for the delivery.

Orders signed as “unchecked” will be accepted as received in good condition. Once your items are delivered to your address, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
Restricted Access Deliveries
Our delivery service covers most mainland UK locations with unrestricted access. If your property has limited access, please inform us before placing your order.
Restricted access includes:
- Double yellow lines or red routes
- Narrow lanes or steep inclines
- Low bridges or width restrictions
- Limited space for large delivery vehicles (lorries)
Delivery may be refused if these restrictions are not disclosed in advance.
Multiple Deliveries
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if products are dispatched from different warehouses or if some items are in stock sooner than others. You will receive dispatch notifications and tracking information for each shipment.
Should any stock issues arise, we will contact you promptly by phone or email.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs vary based on product type, destination, and order value, and are calculated at checkout. Many smaller or lighter products qualify for free mainland UK delivery, while larger or heavier items (such as insulation boards or acoustic wall panels) may incur a delivery fee.
Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access areas such as Wales, Scotland, or Central London. Please note we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.
Special Delivery Instructions
You can add custom delivery notes during checkout in the “Special Instructions” box. Some large or heavy goods may be delivered kerbside only, meaning drivers will unload items at the nearest safe access point.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
To report damage:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged goods.
All returns are inspected prior to refund or exchange approval. We reserve the right to verify the product condition.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us immediately at service@seasonshop.co.uk. As most orders are dispatched quickly, cancellations may not be possible free of charge.
Cancellations made after 24 hours or once dispatched may incur courier and restocking fees. Orders already out for delivery but not received are subject to return and restocking charges. Custom-made or special order items may not be cancellable once production begins. Contact us promptly to discuss your options.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item, we offer refunds minus applicable delivery and restocking fees, subject to:
- Notification of return intent within 14 days of delivery.
- Goods must be unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.
- Written pre-approval for all returns.
Restocking fees vary by product and will be confirmed prior to return. Used or opened items cannot be returned unless faulty (reported within 48 hours). Custom or made-to-order items and perishable goods (bags, bottles, containers) are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
Collections
Collections are by appointment only. Please contact us to confirm availability before visiting. Acoustic wall panels and shower panels can be collected from our warehouse with prior arrangement. For insulation materials and other building supplies, check stock location and collection eligibility with our team first. We will confirm collection time, location, and contact details once your appointment is booked.
